I dont wanna ban innocent players that lives with in or close to their "residence" Thats why its so complicated, especially when it comes to mexican/colombian players, they all are @ same "residence" so that if I ban 1 dude's "Residence" I can end up banning 3000 others xD

np man,anyways,for the residence thing,you can do something like:Check all the residence's ips,and look which one matches with the ip on the logs...And if his ip changes,ban the first 2-3 numbers.
